Glass Blocks

For those of you who like to make things, thought I'd share this idea that I saw in a craft store in KY. They used the smaller size glass blocks and filled them with flowers and small faux fruit. I'm making up a few for my craft show next month.

I've seen them painted and decorated with lights in them at Christmas, but not like this.

Thought they were cute for a kitchen counter.

It's Finally Spring!

These pretty little crocuses are the first flowers that bloom in our front yard every spring. They are followed by the daffodils and tulips that my husband loves to plant. Enjoy the view.

Almost Spring!

Hello friends. Guess I had the winter blahs since I haven't written since January! But I'm up and running once again sewing and painting for the Homespun House in Maryville and getting ready for a craft show next month.

I just sold 5 of my sachets to a lady in Canada and will list more soon in my etsy store. The picture is of my order for the Homespun House.
